ITINERARY

At 12 p.m.we will meet you at your hotel lobby to begin with this  expirience. From here, you will head to Cusco’s main Plaza de Armas, where we visit the famous cathedral. After it continuing on foot through an ancient Inca built street from the Plaza de Armas to the Q’oricancha, the Temple of the Sun. At the Q’oricancha you will be able to compare and contrast the building methods of the Incan culture and Catholicism. This was the key spiritual center of the Incas, which leads to all four quarters of the Inca kingdon. There is also  an altarpiece to be seen.

From Q’oricancha, we will walk down  to Avenida El Sol,  taking the van for about  25 minutes to the majestic Inca site of Sacsayhuaman, it has enigmatic construction with more than 150 tons of monoliths, there you will have a guided tour.

From Sacsayhuaman  five minutes away by bus, it is  the Q’enqo inka site, with its fascinating Incan altars and inner carvings. Following it will take around 10 minutes te get  Puka Pucara, a small, circular Inca site. The final stop on our tour is Tambomachay, a place for worshipping the sacred water, thought to be used by the Incas for purification purposes. After all we will  drive back to your hotel.

• Entrance Tickets: Included on this tour are the 4 inca sites you visit on the city tour. The ticket can be purchased as a (1) day pass for 70 soles or a  (10) day pass for 130 soles, if you plan to spend more days in cusco we recommend it because with this ticket you access to 15 places. Only soles are accepted and it must be paid in cash. You will be able to purchase this directly at the first site.
